Mr. R.Vijayarajeswaran is the chairman of the trust for Vi Institute of Technology. After completing his M.E., from Government College of Engineering, Guindy, he joined as Scientist at CEERI, Govt of India’s Research Laboratory. As scientist he had active role in many projects which are multi disciplined. He has 30 years of rich experience in Evolving New Concepts,Design, Develop, Manufacture, Marketing and also involved in Finance Control and Administering of an Electronics related companies like M/S Pragathi Computer, Pondicheery and M/S Vi Microsystems Pvt. Ltd., Chennai.
All along his career, he is involved with students of Engineering colleges / Polytechnics intraining the students, guiding them in their final year projects , setting up of laboratories for thecolleges.
       
 With rich R &D Background as Scientist at CEERI and Pragathi Computers he has started a manufacturing industry namely “Vi Microsystems Pvt. Ltd"., In Vi Microsystems he is responsible in Evolving new concepts, Design, Develop and manufacture of various Laboratory training equipments used in technical institutions across the country covering 30 Lab of multidiscipline.
       
       He has Co-authored the book A Practical approach in DSP, Published by “New Age Publication” and many of his papers are published in the National & international Journals and presented many papers in National & International Conference conducted by IEEE.
       
       He is currently doing his Ph.d., in Annamalai University.During his travel abroad, he has visited many IIT’s Polytechnics, Engineering Colleges & Universities in Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Australia, Europe & USA. He is having constant touch with many academicians from many of these institutions. This gives lot of knowledge and aim to focus to develop the engineering college.
